WARRANTY

 3 MONTHS- Luaê Jewellery offers a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and plating issues (18k gold or 925 silver). The warranty does not cover: drops, scratches, breakage, chemical exposure, misuse, sweat, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, sea water, or natural oxidation.

RETURNS

 7 DAYS-Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging.

Send photos/videos of the item and your order number for atendimento.luae@gmail.com.

After analysis, the piece may be repaired or replaced. If unavailable, store credit or an equivalent item will be offered.
